Sswayam is a concept that gives the customer an opportunity to own a piece of land with modern and world-class amenities at an affordable price. Projects Completed till now in Ahmedabad with total land of  605,000 sq yard including 1776 plots, Hyderabad – 701,800 Sq yard including 2086 plota , Mehsana – 146,102 sqr yard including 720 plots, Jamnagar – 108,708 sqr yard including 486 plots, Himmatnagar – 153,599 sqr yard including 704 plots, Jasdan – 60,614 sqr yard including 306 plots, Bhubneshwar – 304,933 sqr yard including 871 plots, Mumbai – 150,000 sqr yard including 1500 plots.


Development plan for 2015-2024 – Upcoming Sswayam Projects would concentrate on LIG/MIG housing development in Gujarat with 70,000 no. of units  at an avg. Rate per unit – 12,50,000, Telangana – 60,000 no. of units – avg. Rate per unit – 12,50,000 , Maharashtra –  40,000 no. of units – avg. Rate per unit – 12,50,000 , Others –  30,000 no. of units – avg. Rate per unit – 12,50,000. Projects which are already completed / ongoing / WIP are 8449 units at an avg rate of 7,50,000
